DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

1.Monitors competitors activities and assists in marketing intelligence

2.Sells to new, existing and prospective customers considering goals set forth in the sales strategy, negotiating optimum rate for the benefit of the business

3.Develop and maintain a regular pattern of sales calls, meeting with principals of target market

4.Provides direction on, and conducts market research and analysis

5.Develops and maintains contact with business generators, meeting and convention planners, visitors/convention bureau, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, corporate accounts, Government Departments and other producers closely allied to Hotel business

QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENT

1.Must possess an intermediate English level

2.Education: High school graduate, university or travel school related course an advantage

1. Minimum 3 to 5 years experience of hotel management functions, at least 2 years of which must be in a managerial position in a 4 or 5-star hotel managed by overseas hotel management company.
2. Track record improving market leading properties.
3. Worked closely with owners, and/or financial institutions.
4. Pre-opening experience.
5. Provide leadership to the departments to achieve their goals and objectives.
6. Provide overall direction, coordination, and ongoing evaluation of operations.
7. Fluency in English spoken and written.

1. Having been working as a manager of Sales & Marketing Department or conducting something relating brands' popularizing work for more than five years;
2. Familiar with operation and brands popularizing business；Have a strong ability in conducting marketing analysis, scheming, marketing development；
3. Know how to do the membership management with a strong sense of commercial awareness and good public relationship;
4. Strong communication, analysis, and negotiation skills, excellent English verbal and writing ability.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, professional knowledge on variety aspects, initiative and creative is a must. Excellent leadership skills with team work spirit.

1. College diploma or above,major in advertising, graphic design or related major;
2. More than two years work experience in graphic design of Advertising, public relations, exhibition industry;
3. Can understand enterprise concept, enterprise culture, to display enterprise connotation;
4. Proficient in graphic design and 3 d design software operation(Photoshop、Illustrator、Core draw、AutoCAD、Freehand、AI、office)
5. Strong aesthetic accomplishment, unique design style, unique creative ideas, colour aesthetic and strong ability of creative design expression.
6. Strong language expression ability;A bright and cheerful disposition, careful, responsible, easy to communicate
